Can anyone tell me if there is a web site or how to figure water flow, there is a builder that would like to build a 40unit town home in the community, the local water company will not help out they say they are not in the fire service so they cannot tell me weather the amount of flow and the hydrant is go enough for fire protection. We are a small dept and run off of donations ( about 17,000 a year) so it is hard to buy computer soft wear to do this. So if someone can help me or know of a website or a way to figure this out I sure would like to hear from you.
