Like alot of the Country, it has been a hot, dry summer in TN. We are almost 17" below our normal rainfall for the year. The volunteer fire depts here in Sullivan County are delivering water to farmers for their ponds. Bluff City VFD has made almost 20 deliveries in the last couple of weeks. It's just a matter of time until we start responding to brush fires everywhere. There have been a few in the County, but nothing major. Please keep us in your prayers. If we don't get some rain soon, and a lot of it, we are going to be in big trouble!!! Delete Comment
