hi all. hope your forth of july was safe and fun. Here in central kansas .We received rain.
that didn;t slow down alot of folks in enjoying the day . but i am sure it kept the fires down .
our wheat harvest is pretty well wrapping up and out of the way for another year. with only one grain elavator {storage facility} colapsing . it put a damper on some grain storage . but the facility was biult many years ago. this don't happen often . but when it does it's a tradagy. two young men lost their lives . and our hearts go out to the families .
i see many coop's and grain storage facilities are full and dumping grain on the ground till it can be shipped out and sold.hopefully there won't be many field fires . around my area its a yearly problum. someone flipps a live cig.butt out a window and it catch's the wheat stubble . and the fire is off and running . the rest is history . i hope ya" all have a safe and enjoyable summer. and someone is looking out for your brother and back when you respond to the next nasty one . God Bless
