The Rocky Mount Fire Department is mourning one of their own today.



Clayton Earl Marrow, 29, died Thursday morning of a heart condition. Marrow, a firefighter and emergency medical technician, collapsed at home after returning from a run.



His last post was at Station 5 on Springfield Road.

Doesn't this just look like trouble?? I have worked my tail off for the last 3 years trying to start a new career and get back on my feet. Finally in June I took and passed (Woo Hoo) my Paramedic state exam. As a reward to myself for all my hard work, my sister and I took our 5 kids to DC for my birthday last weekend.
