Update Carroll vs Mt Vernon
The 50 page brief has been submitted to the 2nd circuit court of appeals, we hope that in time we will prevail and that the appeals court recognizes the fact that the lower court turned their head to a case which was almost identical to the New Haven 20 case. The truth will be told!
