I am hoping I can some job descriptions of Division Chief of Operations and Division Chief of Support. I am with a small fire department of two stations with three personnel at each station. The DC of Operations is in charge of staffing, EMS/Fire training. DC of Support is in charge of building and grounds, vehicle maintenance and small portable fire equipment. These two divisions are very new to my fire department. Just trying to get some idea's.
