Why I Joined Fire/EMS

My father is a career firefighter. He is Asst. Chief of Harristown Fire Protection District and an ARFF at Decatur International Airport in Decatur, IL. He has 29 years in the Fire/EMS community and his father, My Grandpa Bill (R.I.P.), was also a firefighter at Harristown for many years. It is all I have ever know, and most importantly all I have ever wanted to do.
