About Me:

I began the path to my career in 1991 at a local rescue squad. From there, I joined a volunteer fire/rescue department and eventually was fortunate enough to get hired onto a paid fire department. I have been with this department for almost 13 years and I am loving every minute of it. I also work in the ER here as a paramedic, and that too, is great! I am in the process of studying for a promotional test with the fire department in hopes that I will be promoted.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I have always wanted to be a paramedic and I became interested in fighting fire when I joined a volunteer fire department to run on their ambulance.
