About Me:

I am a Registered Nurse. I joined the fire service in 1994 as a fireman and now I am a Fire Senior Inspector (Captain in equivalent) currently designated as the Chief Emergency Medical Service in Cebu City Fire Station, Cebu City Philippines. I am an instructor in Medical First Responder and Collapsed Structure Search and Rescue Courses under the Program for Enhancement of Emergency Response (PEER) funded by USAID and implemented by the National Society for Earthquake Technology (NSET) based in Nepal for the Southeast Asia.
