Im not sure what I want to teach. There is so much I love about the fire service lol. I do have some preferences... I am a truck girl, not an engine and to tell the truth thats about it lol. I like being am EMT but fire is more my thing.
Classes are hard to get up here too. Just gotta keep tryin
I am volunteer. I start training next summer at the Montour Falls Fire Academy to be a state instructor.
To be in a paid dept you have to live in the city for 15 years after you pass the test... Big cities aren't exactly my thing. Now I had been guaranteed a spot I would do it in a heart beat but its not a guarantee so teaching here I come lol.
Be sure to invite all your fire and EMS service friends. You can use the 'Invite Friends' tab at the top of all pages or just e-mail them all a link, post a note on Facebook or Myspace, whatever it takes! :)
You can easily share photos, videos, post a blog, discuss hot topics in the forums, join a group, customize your profile....enjoy browsing around and see what FirefighterNation.com has to offer!
