Why I Joined Fire/EMS

i joined to find myself and save lives my favorite saying goes ...... Being a volunteer firefighter offers one reward few others can match. it takes a special person to fill the boots of a volunteer firefighter thats why we need people with a strong desire to help others and people with the courage and dedication to do the job

Why I Love Fire/EMS

i love being a firefighter not for reward from others but self confidence and the ability to say I made a difference

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Some of the issues I feel need attention are funding to small rural departments all over the state and then we have the problem with getting younger members to get involved
