Why I Joined Fire/EMS

So others might live. It is also a family tradition. I am a fifth generation volunteer firefighter. I also have family members who have served as police officers.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Better training at a reasonable cost. I would also like to see more state and federal funding for training and equipment. Training is what keeps us alive and what gives us the skills to perform our job.
