Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I started as a volunteer and liked it so much, I joined the Army as a firefighter and when I got out, Iwent in the Baltimore County Fire Dept. I retired after 30 years. I am also one of the patent holders on the Humat 4way hydrant valve. I am currently a member of Blacksburg Vol. Fire Dept.
