i started as a vol firefighter for patterson twp. worked my way up to 3rd captain,secind captain.went to home wood where i was third asst. chief.applied for and received employment at ellwood city fire dept. as a part-time paid driver.went back to patterson twp. took the postion of third asst.chief,deputy chief,and am currently chief.
