Why I Joined Fire/EMS

It runs in the family. My Dad is An EMT-I and was a Police Officer and in the Airforce. Mom was an EMT. Thean I became a MedicFirefighter. Wife beacame an EMT. Her Parents and brothers are EMT's and Firefighters. Oh lets not forget her Grandfather is a Firefighter along with many of our cousins and such. I have bounced around a few Private EMS departments. And the place we live now there are no Volunteer departments to run with. In Aprilof 08 I reached one of my goals I got hired on a full time FD. So now time to get specialized training and become an instructor.
