Why I Joined Fire/EMS

Well I needed some excitement in my life. All i did was work fast food and I wanted something rewarding for all my hard work and I sure wasn't getting it there. I also go out of my way to help other people and I thought this would be a cool new way to do it. I really just wanted to try something new and challenging. I love it.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Not having enough people show up for training night. We do drills and other things that could save a life. They all think they know everything but most of the veterans could still use the training even if it is basic stuff that they think they know.
