- My Husb was paid n vol fireman for >20 yrs. He was retired but kept up with local firefighters prof and socially . It was a very deep love for him. He passed unexpectedly a short time ago. I miss his stories and love for the prof. Hopefully listening to love other firefighters have for their honable prof will keep part of his love n learning of the prof alive
