About Me:
I am 19 years old and will be 20 on April 20th. I am married to Jessica Cockrum and I have two beautiful girls, Melody 1 1/2 Years and Cheyenne 1 1/2 Months. I live on base at Scott AFB in Illinois. I love the job that I do and I don't think I would be happy in any other job.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I had a lot of family in the fire dept. and i always admired what they did and so when i turned 16 i decided i wanted to be a part of that. So i began on a volunteer dept. back home but then in July of '06 i joined the air force and am a military firefighter.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
I feel a sence of pride when i get to go and help someone. There is no feeling that could take its place.

Manning cuts, and lack of rest.
