Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I wanted to volunteer in the best way I could to help my community, the fire department I joined have the greatest people in it and we make a great family, there is nothing that we would not do for each other, I want to learn the job well so that I am not just an extra body on scene but a productive member contributing to my team and my community.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

It is always a challenge and never the same, you have to always know without a doubt what is going on and be ready at any given moment for any situation, deal with it and never freak out or feel unsure you just have to do it!
