Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I joined the Marklesburg Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue to give a little back to the community in which I live. I am greatful to everyone in this community for allowing me the opportunity to serve them

I find it very rewarding to help others in their time of need and to be there to console them in times of grief and strife
