Why I Joined Fire/EMS

Out of all the jobs I have had sence I was 18 years old. The fire service has been the only skill i am good at and the only one that has kept my passion and intrest.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Tunnel vision to the station, driving the apparatus to a call, then dealing with tunnel vision on the scene. New members and fire fighters not following the chain of command.
