I have gone up thru the ranks and am presently a Captain/Acting District Chief in the Communications Division. I also teach Emergency Telecommunications Labs parttime at Humber College.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I joined as a Communications Operator, because I was already in the dispatching field in security, but wanted a career, not a job, and wanted to do something for the public. I have since progresses up through the ranks, at present I am a Communications Captain, and Acting District Chief.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

It is the greatest job in the world.
