I went through the Tampa Fire Academy in 87', EMT in 88' hired in 89' took my Paramedic in 07' unfortunately my dept. Only supports EMT level so my medic was used towards my 2 year degree. I fish on either coast of Florida as a hobby. I'm also An avid scuba diver. I grew up riding motocross and had a sport bike up until a few years ago. :)

Why I Joined Fire/EMS
Had a good friend of my dads, and of the family was a district Chief with Hillsborough County Fire Dept., through him I decided to go through the Academy. Was thinking about Police Academy prior. I made the right choice!
Why I Love Fire/EMS
I love helping people and world peace. Oh and the 2 days off and kelly day every 3 weeks!
Top Issues Facing Responders:
The light weight truss construction that is killing our brothers, be careful! And police, please block the traffic, we can handle the wreck!
