Why I Joined Fire/EMS

My father was a charter member of West Milford Fire Co. back in '44. Always ran with him to calls before I was able to join legally at 13 years old as a junior member.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Training, Training, training. If you don't use it you lose it. Older members think that they know it all and stop relearning only to find themselves in trouble.
