I've had several training schools. And emt basic certified. Some haz mat training. I have about 38 different certifications from fema.

About Me:

I'm 40 years old. Been fighting fires since I was old enough to get on a truck. I enjoy it very much. I wouldn't mind doing it full time. I'm very interested in emergency management. Would like to learn more in that area.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

My dad got me into it. He was the fire chief of our dept. And told me I was going to join when I was old enough to do it. And I'm thankful he did. I so proud of my dept and the guys in it.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

i like the challenge of knocking out a fire before it destroys any more.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

I think extrication for responders on new hybrid vehicles. And homeland security as for responding to terrorists incidents.
