Eagle Fire and Rescue, a combination paid and volunteer department no providing fire protection for the City of Eagle and neighboring communities. Population of 15,000 people.
My Training:
IFSAC Fire fighter/Diver Operator. Idaho Emergency Medical Technicain. Hazmat Techican and Instructor. Primary training built around Fire origin and Cause investigation.
About Me:
I began in the Fire Service with Eagle Fire and Rescue in 1991. From that department I worked my way up Fire Officer. In 1996 I changed departments to North Ada County Fire and Rescue. During my years of service, I have trained for Stucture Fire Fighting, Arson Investigation, Hazardous Matertials, Trench Rescue, Water Rescue, Wild Land Fire Fighting and Emergency Medical Care. I enjoy instructing fire service classes in any subject and still able to work on the line.

Top Issues Facing Responders:
Safety issues regarding communications and standardized training. In our area, to many different groups working togehter on different channels and with different rules.
