Why I Joined Fire/EMS
Community needs. Desire to bring highest possible level of service to residents. Provide information/education at most intimate/direct strata : The Homeowner! To Include all citizens in establishing /maintaining cost-effective, bare-bones budget targeting a zero-loss goal.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
Isolated community required dedicated responders.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Balancing atop the constantly teetering precipace dividing local officials and schooled professionals. Maintaining/improving public image of all emergency responders. Protecting funding sources through participation in political processes, through education.
