Robert - Greetings from Tennessee! I saw you had some experience/training in Earthquakes - I live near the New Madrid fault - near Memphis, TN. We conduct earthquake disaster drills - and include our HazMat Team. If you get a chance - stop by SpillEaters.com which is where we're getting together to share hazmat info - it would be interesting to share ideas with yalls work in the Philippines and how we're working to prepare up here in regards to hazmat and Earthquakes...you have earthquake - you have fires...and hazmats (and God only knows what else)
