Top Issues Facing Responders:
Keeping Volunteers In todays economic situation, Keeping up with training & Fund Raising in our volunteer fire department. You have to ask What can we do as older members of the system to keep the interest. we tax the volunteers with so much training and expect so much out of them & you lose them that is the most difficult part.
