I am 39 years old and have been in the fire service since 1992. Made Chief Engineer then First Lieutenant for a strong department in WVA. I am now relocating back to my old stomping grounds in Ohio. Would like to get on a department back home!

Top Issues Facing Responders:

I think the main issue in Volunteer fire departments is they are losing the Family atmosphere. The comraderie between brothers is fading!!
