Why I Joined Fire/EMS
Dad was a fireman, always wanted to help out my neighbors.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
Willing and able to help others.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Fewer young people are willing to help, so our few older members are hanging on, until we can get 3 or 4 more interested. I'm trying this on-line training, hoping to encourage the new people to try it, until other local training classes open up. Hope this will fit into their work schedules better, allowing them to adjust their family time to better suit their personal situations.
