On the job training.
About Me:
I loved the thrill of doing this job. I dont like the scenes of destruction when the "beast" devours all in its path. Especially any tears that fall which is clearly distinguishable through any water or smoke. Its a civic duty we took to protect our community and our neigjbors. We all are domestic soldiers against a invisable enemy which lays dorment till the most unexpected times. Thats when we are called. Wonderful feeling to be a firefighter. A tradition even Ben Franklin was a part of. I ate, slept, breathed Fire Dept. It was everything.... Id say I was married to it... everything else was merely my mistress.
Day Job:
Artist, son, husband.
Relationship Status:
Married

Why I Joined Fire/EMS
The love of the job and the need for us to be there. They were scarce of firefighters so I joined as my civic duty.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
Its a family
Top Issues Facing Responders:
A family beyond blood, we're connected by spirit and honor. The D.N.A. of each fire dept. Loyalty and honor.
