"most of the training senior firefighters have had consisted of actual activities, today's requirements in training consist of classroom time, either online or off line. because insurance requirements change and now stipulate iso certification…"

"Leadership needs to show and support training as a priority. If leadership dosnt support it then the rank and file wont give it its due importance. Train to respond and respond the way you train"
