To see someones face when you help them. It makes my day better.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Low respect on the roads with fire apparatus and people ingnoring sirens. I also think the seat belt issue is realy big, my state it self lost a fire captain in a horrible apparatus accident invovling two fire trucks from the same department.
