You can really make a difference in eoples life. Biggest reward in EMS saved my brother life in a drunk driving accident that I responded to.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Staffing, keeps getting cut making a dangerous job that much more difficult, and dangerous. Not enough back up after al the cuts in staffing.
