Top Issues Facing Responders:

Lack of man power and training. My department is a combination department with 3 full time personnel each shift and about 20 volunteers with only half of them being fully active. It is getting harder to recruit volunteers today with the economy being in the hole and more people having to work 2 jobs and more hours.
