Im the youngest guy on the dept. I love what I do. And i strongly believe that this is more than just a job. I am still pretty young compared to the other guys. I graduated high school in 2011. And in my personal life i just love to be outside. Im an out doors kinda guy. Raised by southern parents to be a hard workin man

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I always wanted a job that helped others. I found my calling when i was 16 with a fire explorer program and loved it ever sinse

Why I Love Fire/EMS

Nothing is more self satifying than helping others. You get to make a difference one person at a time

Top Issues Facing Responders:

We have gotten too far away from our history. We are letting personal safety get in the way of effectively doing our job. Yes we do need to be safe but we also need to pay more attention to risk vs benifit.
