About Me:

Hello all, my name is Mitch. I'm a volunteer firefighter for Orchard Park Hill Crest Fire Department. I fell in love with firefighting - it's truely amazing. I work for Upstate New York Transplant Services on their Eye & Tissue Recovery Team. I'm the person who goes in and harvests organs for donation. It's a very rewarding job. I am also honored to be the Chaplain for Hillcrest Fire Department.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I want to give back to the community and it's exciting. I think it's just awesome, you learn so much and there's never an end to the learning. And I love the brotherhood/family.
