About Me:

After 20 years in the Emergency Services field I have find myself extremely disappointed recently. The type of people attracted to the Emergency Services field these days have totally changed. It seems it's all about ego's and politics, todays members seem so self absorbed they forget about the reason the Emergency Services even exsist.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Lack of proper hiring practices, we have way to many people working in this service that have no right being here. We should not be hiring people based on their color or sex. This job is about saving lives and property not filling political quota's!!!
