About Me:

The names Michael, I am a volunteer with Hamlin Fire & Rescue located in Hamlin Pennsylvania. I am 19 years of age and have an amazing Fience named Ashley. I am going to be getting my Basic Vehicle Rescue Awareness, Operations, and Technician courses completed by the end of June 2011. Ive been in the Fire Service just under a year. I was a volunteer First Responder with the Gulfport Community Emergency Response Team for 2 years in Gulfport Florida. Want to know more add me as a friend and chat with me!

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

When i was 11 years old my older brother became a member with the local fire department (Which was Hamlin Fire & Rescue) and i started hanging out with him around the fire hall and went with him to the fire house on calls, thats when i started to become interested in the fire service and wanted to become a Firefighter and help out the community and save lives.
