My family has been part of the fire service for many years, it all started with my Great Grandfather followed by my other great grandfather, both grandpas and great uncle, All became Chief in the city of Monroe City, MO except one of my grandpas was Chief in Junction City, KS. I can remember being in elementary school when they came to the school for fire prevention week i wanted to do just what they did and of course when i was little i didn't see what all being a fire fighter/EMT held but as i got older and learned more i couldn't help but want to play with fire trucks as a grown up :P
