About Me:

I am 18 years old and got into the fire service the day I turned 18 on a paid on call fire department. Following my father and brother I have always wanted to be a firefighter. I am in a college student live-in firefighter program in which I goto paramedic school while dorming at a fire department while serving as a firefighter for that district. I plan to become a licensed paramedic and a certified ARFF since the fire department I work on is located on a Airport, with airport-rescue apparatus.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I always scene my brother drilling and operating at scenes. I asked me brother if I could come check out the department and i fell in love. I then realized how great it made me feel when I was there to help people.

Why I Love Fire/EMS
