The nature of the job, no fire is ever the same. Every fire is always a challenge
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Lack of manpower, lack of people stepping up to volunteer with us. Older building construction, new building construction. Truss construction- I have seen floors fail during intense heat and fire..making everyone a little more careful when working around it
