Top Issues Facing Responders:: People aren't training enough, and with that they become more complacent which could get them killed. Old habits die hard, old firefighters need to learn to stop there old habits and traditions, and start teaching new probies safer and smarter techniques. Back to the basics is how i train, not matter what a firefighter is never to experienced to get back to the basics.

People aren't training enough, and with that they become more complacent which could get them killed. Old habits die hard, old firefighters need to learn to stop there old habits and traditions, and start teaching new probies safer and smarter techniques. Back to the basics is how i train, not matter what a firefighter is never to experienced to get back to the basics.
