Left only to raise my son and daughter. Was rehired in 2013 when the station returned to a PCF station from paid, full time. Retired now. Live in rural Oregon after leaving the Southern California desert.
Retired now but work part time as an artist
Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I had a lifelong dream. Have always liked working outside, and enjoy heavy equipment. I’m a former police officer and US Air Force veteran so I guess I just like serving my country and it’s people.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
As stated above, I enjoy serving others, especially in their time of great need.
