Why I Joined Fire/EMS

My Great Gandfather was one of the Frist FireFighter's in Stockton , CA. My Uncel'es & freind's of the family where FireFighter's too . So I wanded to be a FireFighter when I was a littel Boy. So I be came a E.M.T. to save lives.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

I feel that there should be more TRAINING in the EMT training class like more on hand stuff like. More ride along's or more ER time in the Hospital . The only resen I say this is I had A hard time getting on becase I didn't have that much Experince that is why I say they need to give the futcher EMT's the experince they need to start the JOB that they trained for in the first place & don't get the run around like I did.
