- started at age 16 with covington township, I progressed through the years to attain the rank of ems 1st lieutenant and eventually I was elected ems captain where i served for 2 years. I was then appointed fire lieutenant. In the mean time I held some admin positions

- staffing, money (pay included), safety because too many of the "family" are getting killed due to stupidity on alot of levels, training.
