Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I believe that all people should do something for the community they live in, after all we all enjoy the benefits that each community has to offer. The self satisfaction that you get is a bonus, and the excitement is just part of the job.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Being a small department NFPA and NYS requirements and regulations that tax our budget to the max. Staying in compliance is definately not cheap!
