Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I am currently a fire explorer for the Lake Zurich FD. I am now pursuing my Bachelors degree in Fire Protection and Safety Technology from Oklahoma State University. My goal is to become a full time Firefighter/Paramedic but I am keeping my options open to the great amount of opportunities my degree offers.
