- I am a father of 5 boys and have a wonderful wife who up till lately I don't believe understood why I was as dedicated to the service as I was. I really enjoy doing what I do for volunteer. I am thankful that I am the one who can help and not the one being helped.

- Why I Joined Fire/EMS
- I love to help others out that is why I got into this profession. I started out on the EMS side and then got involved in the fire side. I do this as volunteer with my local department and then part time with another department. I am also an Instructor for the AHA. Its that smile at 0300 from someone you just helped or rescued that makes it all worth it.
- Why I Love Fire/EMS
- Because its fun.
